going to receive the rest of tokens, it is something obvious, right?
The question is: why they were going to prefer have a lot of tokens locked when they could have all of them unlocked?
So then, how they get these all tokens unlocked? Reducing selling pressure in the previous months
I’m not affirming they are going to sell now or not, I’m questioning some affimations spreaded here and on twitter at all hours like “we have survived the unlock” or “if they have not sold, they are not going to sell”. These affirmations are shootings in the dark or are directly a lie
FYI: with the limited amount of selling that has been going on, some holders were able to sell everything that was already unlocked (even with the selling restrictions), but they still decided not to. Anyway, I notice things are getting a little bit heated unnecessarily. You're free to have your own opinion on what will happen after the custody change, as well as the people in the Lodge. To be honest, I personally also don't think the custody change will suddenly cause the locked RSR holders to sell. A good analogy is: think of the investors holding their tokens in an exchange, and being able to sell their tokens already (but not doing so). Just because tokens gets transferred from an exchange to a wallet doesn't change the willingness to sell imo.
So are now all tokens distributed and unlocked from seed + presale ( and able to sell)? Or how many tokens need still to be distributed ( and are not able to sell)?
I believe by now (almost) all Option 1 tokens are effectively unlocked and can be sold - but the vast majority of those is being held on to. Once the protocol launches on Ethereum mainnet, the Option 2 unlocking starts (10% at launch date and 90% in the 6 months afterwards). The total amount that will be unlocked through Option 2 is 3.2b.
@Ricky full transparency man if that's your fear then don't buy into the project. There's no reason to spread FUD in the community. Obviously, speculation is welcomed but at this point it's not even speculation anymore you're pretty dead set on your FUD so why stay in the group and claim you're a ranger?
Of course I’m not claiming I’m a ranger, the ranger thing has become a joke thanks to lodge, that someone considers you as one should be taken as an insult at this point
