We are not building Linux, we are not promoting the next messenger or facebook.

We are literally bombing fort knox, we are are going for the king maker. And we do it fully in the open.

What do people expect will happen? We directly threaten the superpower which services have no moral qualm to blackmail and kill other state leaders. Which military invades other countries and cause millions of death only to keep their hegemony and FIAT dominance.

Do you think a little censorship, price manipulation and slander is all they have up their sleeves?

If BCH or any other coin is considered a threat it will feel everything they got thrown against it.

Satoshi very likely thought of that and maybe he actually made an error and was forcefully removed.

BCH is a bet that the people will win in the end. It's a risky one. People should have save money somewhere else in case we lose but we should never ever capitulate on trying to bring p2p cash to life.

I'm more convinced John was talking about the destruction of the temple in 70AD in that passage. If fact, in chapter 1 he says these things must shortly take place. Which means we can look forward to the good parts towards the end and be optimistic towards the future.

And each of us can choose our own trajectory and create our own ideal utopia and ensure our lives get better and better... it simply requires independent action to realize that reality. More time spent realizing our ideals, and less time spent dreaming about them or trying to convince/ influence others, and the way is realized 1 step at a time

To expand a little on that. I always say Bitcoin is an educational problem. Look at this tweet: https://twitter.com/PabloGallegos1/status/1550981980178849797 It will not matter if we go to 0.00001BTC or to 10000BTC per BCH if we cannot educate the people why Bitcoin is important.

I agree, I do not see BCH winning out in the end. Governments are strong and corrupt and we can never reach this utopian world we dream of. What we can do is, we can try our very best to bring non-custodial sound money to the most people in the world because some day their fiat will be worthless one by one. Just helping people in that regard will be life changing for them. The world is getting worse and worse as prophesied, we are seeing the end of the world as we know it, might as well get some BCH to pass on to your children or grandchildren for a chance at a better life for them.
