I want to clarify more about Rtokens. 1st question: In my

understanding, a Rtoken is not provided with the launch of main net, so we have to wait until it is made by someone to stake our RSR. Also, we never know when it is made. Is it correct?

That's right - RSR gets staked on RTokens, so an RToken will have to exist for you to be able to stake your RSR tokens. As Adam says, you'll be able to see RTokens that get created on the initial dApp (where you'll also be able to stake your RSR).
