It's unknown how the Pulsechain-side HEX might affect the market-price of HEX on Ethereum. One thing that is known: if fewer people stake HEX on Ethereum, those who do will see an increased return for their stakes.

is it going to rain tomorrow? nobody knows. It's likely to be at parity some think. Others think pulse hex will be more valuable as it is free from the chains of eth fees and pulse will be much faster and better in general.
