Firstly I don't think it's likely most exchanges will bother contributing developer resources to implement such a thing themselves. Secondly I don't see where the on-chain activity to have transactions of which to burn comes from. There's very little in the way of an ecosystem = very little reason for people to make any transfers. Unless some incredibly popular service comes along everyone wants to use. But making such a thing for even a more popular chain is far from simple. Thirdly even if Binance et al DO implement it, why would speculative traders be interested in trading something that eats into their profits when there are thousands of alternatives? And finally I simply think people are vastly underestimating just how many tokens were printed I've said it before - the inflation problem is an interesting one and I'll tip my hat to anyone who can solve it. It'd be one hell of a feat. But it's so very difficult. Supply increased roughly about 3*1000*7 times, if memory serves. All this being said I haven't sold my LUNC. I just don't expect much to come out of it.

I don't see why not. Though I am personally in the camp that doesn't feel it's going to be effective
