Other exchanges haven't listed OSMO-LUNC, so they don't need cross-chain bridge, that's why their TERRA-LUNC withdrawal function is opened. But we support OSMO-LUNC, lots of users deposit OSMO-LUNC to their Hotbit account, but withdraw TERRA-LUNC, so the cross-chain bridge is significant for us. That is why the withdrawal function of TERRA-LUNC is closed on Hotbit, we have to wait for the recovery of official cross-chain bridge and exchange OSMO-LUNC to TERRA-LUNC for users.
