Sure there can be lots of hubs and hubs can have their own dapps top of them. Another example is Evmos, Evmos can be hub of Evmos dapps. Or Juno can be Cosmwasm dapps top of Juno.

Cosmos is all about interoperability and sovereignty. Hubs or zones, all we need is thousands of L1 blockchains are interconnected and they are sovereign. This is the Cosmos vision and we call it “Internet of Blockchains”

No they can’t. They are build top of L1 blockchains. We need sovereign application specific chains.
