Personally I think the the supposed animosity between OGs and newcomers has always felt artificial. To my knowledge no mod here has sold their LUNC. That being said - I for one will not take shit from people who just showed up with their tinfoil hats if you know what I mean. And I have not and will not ever pump their bags or sell people made up moon stories or speculation that's not grounded in reality. If, say, CZ comes out and says yeah he's on board with the burn then that's fine by me. But to this date he hasn't said any such thing.

He did say it needed to be on the blockchain as you'd know and now it will be on the blockchain, I don't see how he could change from that now with everyone having that tweet

I think that was a politician's answer to get out of the situation. "Oh well I don't know the situation so well but surely we can't do anything before it's implemented on-chain"

Maybe Binance, is huge but if he doesn't follow through there'd be significan blowback. He was also quite vocal about trust and he'll do what the community wants, it's quite clear what the community wants. I don't think we'll have any issue with Binance and my understanding is TR have had contact with Binance but time will tell.

I really don't think there will be. It'll be similar to the gamers who say they'll boycott Call of Duty for life and buy the next title when it comes out anyway. I really don't think Binance will lose many, if any, customers over this issue. But as you said, time will tell. I would also remind everyone about all the garbage people have been spouting here that we KNOW is not fact. Like the stories about trillions of LUNC Binance owns(which everyone knows they don't). But this group is what, 8k members smaller now than it was some time ago and it seems clear to me that the most vocal ones who came in and thought they can grab a bag and pump it by yelling here are largely gone. The most impatient ones anyway.

That is what seems to have happens fudders have almost died out after TFL merged the TR code in, admin have also calmed down from their previous stance of TFL having no involvement in Classic, possible because the situation changes and TFL are supporting now with Terra Station work etc, which was actually always happening
