Considering the humongous ratio between the amount of RSR held by the team in the slow wallet and any entity or any common RSR holder, isn't this a little bit unbalanced?

Yeah, I think there's a good chance of the Reserve team having the largest portion of governance votes on initial RTokens. The team does want to have some kind of steering power for initial RTokens, not just let the platform loose the moment it has launched. But, as said above, never a majority vote.

Yes, it is a definitive plan that a part of the Slow Wallet RSR will be staked. The team hasn't decided on an exact policy yet, but the goals are to definitely participate in governance without having a majority vote, and without taking too much yield away from early stakers.
