Not sure if any of you guys have seen this

but I’d be very eager to hear some of your thoughts on it? It’s not my proposal and I’m not clever enough to expand/add to it but does sound promising to me. I for one don’t want another seemingly good idea left to fizzle out!

I have seen many great ideas on addressing this subject. I can't today, but will find time tomorrow possibly to review and give any feedback I can. So far, I think all of the ideas around deficit management for those feeling like they are stuck have been creative. The key thing I would say needs to be answered in such ideas is how such actions would be sustainable in nature so that if done, the protocol could be able to comply with.
