That's not true, I'm here most of the time) The questions requires information from tech support, so i will answer a bit later

I know that may look like ad, but we are trying to change this, just telling about features that can help users with interection in Cosmos Network But i agree, that before it looked pretty aggressive, I apologies for it

Also if you ask anyone about the wallet on Cosmos - the answer will be "Keplr" most of the time. Although C1 has more features and advantages. So trying to tell people about it is a normal competition, what do you think?

If you want my honest opinion, I don't like the Citadel wallet at all, incentivizing people with a token to use a wallet does not seem healthy. The connection to Binance Smart Chain is strange, and I cannot use Citadel to mint on any of the Cosmos NFT platforms The only DEXes on your app are Sifchain and Osmosis when there's plenty more to use in the space. Saying that it has more features and advantages seems like a bit of an overstatement and seeing your validator's voting practices doesn't exactly excite me. There already exist auto staking apps, so that's not really a selling point. It is nice to have options, I suppose.

You have 12 messages in this channel, so "most of the time" is a funny thing to say.

The fact that the Citadel validator defaults in the staking menu and is the only one “recommended” when the list is opened is a pretty slick user interface move, and also a bit disingenuous with decentralization in mind. As one of the biggest validators I think it would make more sense if you spent time advertising your product to people outside of the ecosystem instead of coming in for the swoop every time someone has a wallet question here.

Thanks for the honest opinion, I really appreciate it This proves once again that people misunderstand the Citadel's position. I admit that this was also our fault through partially aggressive marketing. I would like to share my position on these points, if you don't mind: 1. $XCT as incentivizing instrument Yes, we have used it as incentivizing instrument first time, as well as a competition instrument to get attention. But $XCT is not just the token to sell. First of all comission of CitadelOne as Validator is average, 5%. But part of this commision we give back to our delegators as rewards. These rewards can be used for voting and making proposals in CitadelOne. Yes, C1 is the first DAO validator. Also $XCT will have more features in the future, so it will not be just "reward" instrument. I think it's fair to reward users for trusting us as validators with tokens they can use to influence the validator's actions 2. Connection to BSC I would like to remind you that we are only two years old. The initial plan was to create a token in a network familiar to everyone and focus on the development of the platform itself. Now we are developing our own network in Cosmos to transfer XCT there. 3. Minting We have some plans on that. We are on the way to creating a super platform, but it appears in parts, not completely, right? 4. dApps The same here. Integrate Osmosis and Sifchain was a lot of work, I think you can agree with it. So now we are working on integration more of Cosmos dApps. Again, we are 2yo, For example we also have very usefull Cosmos Governance, the dApp, where users can vote for different proposals in different networks in the same wallet where they have all the assets. 5. Autorestake App Being honest, we have the best autorestake solution in Cosmos Network: a) CitadelOne pays all the fees for autorestake for EVERY users using ANY validator. That means we spend our own money to make our users life better and don't get anything from that. b) CitadelOne supports all validators, when other apps has only part of them. For example, Cosmos has 175 validators and restake, app has only 60 of them enabled for restaking. 6. Validator's voting practice We are pretty strict on our votes, because there are lot of scams and the waste of money of the community through proposals, which under beautiful words take money of networks. Check out this thread of CitadelOne's СМBDО Reena where she explain why Proposal72 was not good for Cosmos: https://twitter.com/neshtedle/status/1543275667428630529 Also you can find our constituon with this link: drive.google.com/file/d/1wDTqro208y_1q3zF6rt39QjwYkcvVd7P/view Delegators can discuss controversial votes on forum.citadel.one. We listen to opinions and vote based on feedback

It was the wrong instruction for our managers. We have already had a conversation and are now moving away from the position of "choose us as a validator", providing just convenient opportunities and support in chats for users. Choosing us as a validator or not remains up to the users themselves. Yes, some of our marketing decisions were not the best. But who among us is never wrong, right? I think this quote fits well here "Don't judge a book by its cover"
