I take it as a positive thing it could be some new partner that has interest. The 3-400k that represents does not cover salaries for long anyhow if it was for the team - so i trust the team.

I agree it's a good sign if someone wanting to buy that many tokens OTC. I like the team a lot but think it's silly to trust anyone in this space. I don't think I'm asking anything unreasonable. I'll stop there no less people accuse me of fud.
