Yes

So what's the best Strategy (I don't sacraficed for any token). Stake my eHex fully and use eth to wrap it into weth. And eventually use the copied Erc20 for Pls and Plsx when the ratio is good? Or just buy eHex, stake an amount and use another tranche for swapping on the lunch date

Nobody knows. Just have your money ready. But with regards to HEX, buying the dips and creating a staking ladder worked wonderfully for me.
