Yes I get that part. My question is about reward structure. The APY of the swaps and lend are not able to reach 25.6% as far as I can see. And kava mint and kava lend are both top performers according to TVL. I thought the inflationary rewards in kava had to come through that tvl and the rise program?

All the rewards the in-house protocols receive from the Rise program go directly to the users. The rewards got sent to the distribution wallet yesterday - https://twitter.com/Scott_Stuart_/status/1561869742092128256, for additional incentives in the future. Currently, the KAVA incentives as @cryptodaz2 mentioned above are funded from the legacy pool.
