The support title tab says 'we are away' - how long is what I ask? Either the transaction goes through and I am allowed to withdraw, or I get to release my USDT from the contract. Can't wait indefinitely, someone has to at least check up on the transaction.
This one's been pending beyond the timeline given by you - 24 hours. So if it extends beyond that, shouldn't someone be looking into it? Both your Help & Support boxes on the terminal are unresponsive. Not even a 'Hello' there.
The settlement is not fixed to 24hrs. I only said most cases are settled under 24hrs and I am sure support will reply you once they are available. I totally understand you and I would plead for more patience.
