As a governance staker, there's no direct incentive for voting however, Voting can Influence staking reward, positively for everyone If you decide to vote for any pool, your vote will also make a difference for that pool, by increasing their APR. That's like using your governance power to help a pool gain more Liquidity, but no direct incentive for you. All you're earning is your ApR which is obvious as you're staking. However, the team is making more plans for the governance voting since we moved to DAO, and this will be revealed when it's time. Voting is will eventually be beneficial with the right incentives, in future

Your staked tokens remains staked and earning rewards. Your voting for a pool is to enhance the overall reward that the pool will be getting.
