to deposit 100% of it! Keep some left over to cover any fees when trading. Having an amount of native assets in your wallet (BNB, ETH, FTM or MATIC) easily enables you to cover any transactions made on the Terminal.
You see this particular one? It dealt with me before I learnt... The hard way 😂😁🤣
Hahaha knowledge is truly power 💪🏻 This is why we are transfering to our users, to give them the power to trade like pros!
Very good of Orion team to do. Not everything, go to support widget. We can actually solve alot of these issues on our own.
Correct and it's well simplified for all to understand
Absolutely very simple. I'm a regular trader on Orion terminal. Most of these things I know them on my own but that's after passing through some hectic experience. I'm glad everything is being optimised for simpler and better user experience
Yeah you're a known veteran trader around here. So which of the trading errors gave you a really tough time before figuring it out?
Hmm Dev, it has to be "If you have any current (not settled yet) atomic swaps that are in progress, do not clear the cache, as it will break the process of the atomic swap" This really dealt with me until I figured it out myself. It's a good things these have been highlighted for new users and old users too
Oops! Sorry about that. It will always get better on Orion terminal
I had the negative balance issue yesterday and I engaged Orion support on the widget, they told me what to do immediately and it was solved. Now I can see it highlighted on this article. Such a cool thing to do. Whoever brought about this idea should be promoted
Okay this one, you will need to buy back the same amount of assets. For example, if you sold 15 ORN and now see -15 ORN in your balance, place a buy order for that 15 ORN. This will then resolve the negative balance issue.
That's it! And I was scared and mad for something this simple
It's normal to be.
Not your fault to be angry and scared. No one wants to lose money, so it's understandable. In my case I was using trust wallet and the terminal wasn't really supporting that wallet, so I had to import my wallet keys to MetaMask and connect with it. All my assets on trust wallet became available on metamask and I was able to trade seamlessly
