B: Quick skim of his 2016 patent application, cannot see

any reference to digital art whatsoever. It only references tokens being representative of real world items, nothing about digital items (correct me if I’m wrong, did not read it thoroughly, to do so would have required me to bleach my eyes immediately afterwards).
Furthermore, it’s only a patent application. When was it granted? Craig conspicuously does not include grant date. Was this patent ever even granted?
