Definitely, but somebody who has lost a lot of money on BSV, and STILL has deep pockets, AND who manages to withdraw from the cult, AND who can be bothered, would need to launch the court action. Calvin or that WallSt5 doofus are your best chances.

Calvin is your best chance

Nothing to win tho

True, now that CalTeet no longer available

You’d have to show that he owed some kind of duty to you and that he violated that duty.

Isn't it straight fraud at this point and illegal security so no?

Doable, if BSV was classed as a security, but it wasn’t and it’s still not, as far as I know. I forgot that part in my previous response. Kinda similar to buying a raffle ticket without the ticket issuers clearly stating odds of winning and tickets on issue, whilst emphasising the big prize you could win. Few days ago some charity raffle asked me to buy a ticket. I asked “how many tickets on issue, how many have been sold so far, I need that to calculate my odds of winning”. Of course they had no idea, so I declined. Did Bernie M ever get sued by clients? Think was just a criminal fraud case, any assets left were distributed to highest ranking creditors.

Did Bernie ever get sued by clients? Don’t think he did, could be wrong. Just a criminal fraud case and any assets left over get distributed to highest ranking creditors.

In regards to Bernie. The feds were already seizing all of that money. No point in going after someone who won’t have anything by the time a party in a superior position finishes with them. Which is in a way similar to this situation.
