I mean how would Calvin know? It happens with banks all the time and the banks don't tell the customers when it happens If only the miners and court knew could it be pushed through without either telling everyone?

I see but if say the top 5 nodes was given the court order and node 1 did the next block including a uhm. What we would call invalid transaction. And the other 4 top pools//nodes accepted it as valid without any of those 5 nodes notifying anyone of the court order wouldn't all other nodes just accept it as a valid block and assume all transactions was valid

Yes I read it. Why would it be all over crypto website coverages if only the top say 5 nodes and the court knew about it I don't think anything of such Has happened I'm just asking in general. What if the court told the 5 nodes not to share the court order and which Transaction it was?

The other nodes would only accept it as valid if they were configured to do so. But any node that hadn’t been specially configured to allow it would say it’s invalid. BSV nodes have it built in though.
