2. And is there maybe something you could tell me about how the dev team is currently trying to incorporate Parcel into the Oasis network

Thank you for the answer :), about the trusted partners stuff though, what are trusted partners in oasis case though? Is it members of the oasis foundation or something else?

Yeah im not asking why it is done, just asking who these trusted operating partners are. With Phala it says that 5 - 8 keys from council members are needed, these council members are known. But are these people for Oasis? Maybe im just not understanding you correctly.

Trusted Partners are related to Node operators. First, only SGX-enabled nodes elected to the committees responsible for executing Oasis confidential ParaTimes (i.e., Sapphire and Cipher) can access encryption keys. Furthermore, we restrict the membership of these committees to trusted operator partners as an additional measure to prevent unknown bad actors from trying to exploit vulnerabilities like Æpic. Finally, nodes on the network must refresh their attestations regularly, so any node that does not apply required security updates will become ineligible for registration and/or election to confidential ParaTime committees and, thus, will no longer be able to access encryption keys. As a result, when a new vulnerability arises, the risk of data exposure in Oasis ParaTimes is minimized, even before all vulnerable systems can be fixed via microcode patches.
