Well those that caused the exploit and crashed USTC should be accountable. From the little I know of the collapse a serious amount of money was needed to depeg the stablecoin, there must be a trail this is the blockchain. My advice to you is don't give up, start again and start small. A few years ago I was scammed out of a lot of BTC but recovered during the last bull market. It doesn't seem like it but the bull market will be back
