discord as per your own advice. It was ignored for a week until I asked about it again in the discord chat, to which @Myhael_O actually responded saying that I should allow some time as the team will surely address my concern.
After nearly another week I go to check it out and now I see that my ticket was completely deleted without any response or explanation.
Can you tell me what happened to my ticket and why was it deleted without being addressed and is that how the team treats all tickets or those that they don't feel like solving?
This is rather disappointing.
Wanted to update the community on the above matter which is unfortunately still ongoing. On 22.02.23 I opened a ticket in relation to having an issue assigning ENS domain to my wallet that i purchased via ens.energyweb org. The issue was that following the steps provided by the website are impossible to follow because certain options in the navigation of the website are missing on the GUI side. The ENS website also kept intermittently displaying error message : network selected does not support the ".ewc" name you want to buy, please change networks ( even though i previously managed to buy a name using all the same settings MM + EWC chain selected and set as default ) Then i kept getting a different error which i also included in the original ticket on 22.02.23. 2 weeks later i check discord to find out that the ticket was apparently closed/deleted without team or admins of discord addressing or even acknowledging it. Which led me to write the above quoted message from 3.03.23 to Samuel. He didn't really offer an explanation as to why the original message was deleted but was kind enough to re-instate the original ticket on discord for the team to address. So i waited nearly two more weeks until yesterday Michael replied under the same ticket stating that "thanks for the patience the ens website is back up and running perfectly again" I only noticed the message today and got really excited as i tried to finalize what i had started nearly a month ago which is: > Connect the ENS name to my wallet address, to my initial surprise and eventual disappointment i had realized that they did exactly nothing with my request because on the very first attempt exactly the same errors have popped up as the month before. As I wanted to get a cool 3 character name, i forked out a nice chunk of change for this "priviledge" And after attempting to solve the issue and showing more than reasonable amount of patience and seeing how little was the care that was shown to address my issue I have decided to write a public message to make the community aware of my personal experience before they decide to use ENS on energy web.
