address which is in portal wallet I do not see my wallet in the rich list?

No, that functionality doesn't exist right now in the explorer as far I know. What appears in the explorer are the 50 addresses with more balance: https://explorer.nervos.org/charts/address-balance-rank

I manage to see the first 200 addresses on nervos explorer, why am I not there since I have more than the last one ?

The Nervos explorer is this: https://explorer.nervos.org/ If you mean the Tokenview explorer it is from a third party. Maybe they have an issue with the APIs, I don't know.
