sorry, I can't take this seriously. Its a VPN company (loads of scammy ones) that builds on the good reputation of Tor, without actually using it. Its wikipedia page is 4 days old and it shits on Telegram who is known for being hard to control by the governments. I think you might have fallen for propaganda.
I've been a customer of torguard (for sock proxies) for ~3 years. Never had an issue with them. What would they have to gain?
The question is, is TOR project happy with them borrowing their name? If yes, I see no problem
What I mean Tom, is that if TOR Project agreed to lend their brand (for money), then this invalidates your argument TOR Guard could be a franchise to borrow extra monies for the TOR Project Not sure if that is the case, but it's possible
