holding off on the immediate reduction until there is time to have good faith negotiations about reasonable performance indicators that Archly would be expected to hit in the next 30, 60 and 90 days?
This whole thing is new and we're inventing a lot of it on the fly. We've just learned that there probably need to be clear KPIs build into these deals. There's value in that for Telos going forward. Maybe your mutual discussions could add more value in helping the TF better understand the needs of its partners.
That's essentially what I believed Sukesh was agreeing to during our discussions privately. Only today did I learn what that meant and the reason for it was due to actions that resulted from the TED4. What I believed the agreement was what was in the written agreement, being extended out for another 3 months plus 40K TLOS for 3 months for the two projects being onboarded, which was also in the written agreement.
This isn’t already a good faith negotiation at this point. I’m still open to having a discussion to understand why we are not seeing growth. Also this isn’t fair to other projects and partners. Anyone working for the organisation should have the liberty to work in accordance to our agreements and make decisions. If not this makes everyone’s life really difficult to explain every single decision.
How is it not a good faith negotiation in your view, Sukesh? I get the sense that Tec feels they same way but for different reasons.
Negotiating a deal in 19k member group is in itself a not good faith negotiation. We weren’t even asked for a call to discuss it further and understand. The feedback we gave about user experience was criticised than considered in private group.
But I warned you before doing so. And your exact words were "Please do!".
So that was a warning then. 😅
