it's the part the team is taking and the part that is put back into the pot of new games, overall 10% for the team and 10% back into new games
Ah I got it. Thank you. So this game needs a lot of participants. if I'm the only one who opens the box, I'll be at a loss even if I collect all of them right
that is correct, the game has only 3 days so we are actively both improving it and looking for more players
but this game mechanics is not attracting newcomers. If you just joined an event, do you dare to open the box knowing that many people have opened it before, and you could lose all your money right away? So I have a few suggestions to reduce the risk for newbies and even if you are the last to open the box, there is still a chance to make a profit. The first is that the number of items received when opening the box is limited and unique. If one person opens item A, no one can open it and receive it from the box. But that doesn't mean that if there are 100 items, you open 100 times to get all the items. Each opening will have a success and failure rate depending on the rarity of the item. If successful, you get an item. If you fail, you will get points, which can help you craft items. If you are the one to open the most items, you are about to win but are missing a few other items that someone else is holding. you need to buy from them at a reasonable price. If by the end of the event they don't sell at a negotiated price, the item will be forced to sell for half the mint price. This will help increase the strategy part of the game. It's not just a race. and if I'm new, but I open a rare item, I still have a chance to make a profit if I sell it to someone else. haha
Everything is on-chain so technically we can look up who has what. Not easy though 🤞 Also what you say is already there. Instead of points we get duplicate items and that can be used to craft a higher tier loot. We can talk more about this in the dedicated group maybe. @givizator Can share the link.

I do agree with the fact that on games that are already advanced, it might not be engaging for players that are not already in that game. But if the game is already advanced, then there is players that are already engaged in it an they'll continue to buy new boxes because the pot continue to get bigger and bigger and they want to claim it (like when you get in a large pot in poker, you're commited to it). New players should focus on games that are about to start instead. One thing to keep in mind is that the whole game is 100% onchain and every "nice thing it could do" will increase the gas cost 100x times and make it impractical because now it will cost way too much to do anything unless the buy-in is also a lot higher.
that's why we did the event screen inside the app, to convert the datas from "on chain" to "human can read it". But I agree, it's not that easy to look what's going on from the explorer...
