I don't think anyone ever found a good thing about CTOR. It was initially added because some French dude claimed it would help block propagation. Nobody actually used the supposed advantages yet. Its the black sheep of upgrades, nobody wanted it but nobody really wanted to split over it either.

please don't spread false history. you may debate about the cost effectiveness of ctor and whether it's worth the disruption it caused, but it obviously has its upsides. forcing transactions to be arranged exactly one way makes blocks easier to compress, for one. it also makes more sophisticated trees possible, but that's for a (much later if ever) day. you may not agree with the merits of those things, but they exist and it is obviously true at least some people found them good.
