I demand an immediate restoration of my completed quests and a full reinstatement of my account in accordance with the original rules. Furthermore, I expect an explanation of the reasons and motivations behind this unjust decision.
I hope that you will consider my issue with due attention and provide me with a response in the shortest possible time. I trust that you will rectify this unfair situation and restore the trust of participants.

I demand immediate explanations and concrete actions. What prompted the Sandbox team to make such an unfair decision? How do these actions align with the stated principles of the platform? We expected fair play and equal opportunities, but instead, we have encountered disappointment and disregard. I want to inform you that I will not remain idle. I will gather a team of other participants who have also been affected by these changes, and we will actively inform other participants that the Sandbox platform cannot be trusted and fair. We will share our experiences and demonstrate how we have been ignored and deprived of opportunities. I demand justice and accountability. This situation requires immediate attention and action. Hello there, Over the last few weeks, we encountered issues on the back end and with the game client, which affected our users’ ability to complete their event requirements. Consequently, the number of EPs collected was not reflected in a major part of our experiences (58 of 70 experiences had this issue). In order to address this, we have taken the following steps: 1.Lower the May Festival Mystery Box reward requirements from 200 to 50 EPs in order to enable everyone who participated to get a chance to win their rewards. 2.This also applies to LAND owners and Avatar owners event pools; you only need 50 EP to complete the event and get your guaranteed rewards 3.The snapshot of your achievements will be taken on June 12th at 2PM UTC. Make sure to complete your quests before then! I believe this answers your question.
