Hello there, Over the last few weeks, we encountered issues on the back end and with the game client, which affected our users’ ability to complete their event requirements. Consequently, the number of EPs collected was not reflected in a major part of our experiences (58 of 70 experiences had this issue). In order to address this, we have taken the following steps: 1.Lower the May Festival Mystery Box reward requirements from 200 to 50 EPs in order to enable everyone who participated to get a chance to win their rewards. 2.This also applies to LAND owners and Avatar owners event pools; you only need 50 EP to complete the event and get your guaranteed rewards 3.The snapshot of your achievements will be taken on June 12th at 2PM UTC. Make sure to complete your quests before then! I believe this answers your question.
