I demand an immediate restoration of my completed quests and a full reinstatement of my account in accordance with the original rules. Furthermore, I expect an explanation of the reasons and motivations behind this unjust decision.

I will gather a team of other participants who have also been affected by these changes, and we will actively inform other participants that the Sandbox platform cannot be trusted and fair. Hello there, Over the last few weeks, we encountered issues on the back end and with the game client, which affected our users’ ability to complete their event requirements. Consequently, the number of EPs collected was not reflected in a major part of our experiences (58 of 70 experiences had this issue). In order to address this, we have taken the following steps: 1.Lower the May Festival Mystery Box reward requirements from 200 to 50 EPs in order to enable everyone who participated to get a chance to win their rewards. 2.This also applies to LAND owners and Avatar owners event pools; you only need 50 EP to complete the event and get your guaranteed rewards 3.The snapshot of your achievements will be taken on June 12th at 2PM UTC. Make sure to complete your quests before then! I believe this answers your question.
