I think we're missing the puzzle here. Any compromised account that has been exposed to scammer should immediately be deleted and abandon because all transaction are done within the account and there are no need for confirmation of transaction. Yes there should be security check for it but what happens when theirs are imported to another device with different account causing spamming account?. So the point here is once account has been compromised it should be leaf to create a new account.
