I bought IOTX tokens from crypto.com and transferred to my

Safepal wallet with the token address under ERC20 network. The transfer went through and showed that it was sent, reflecting my wallet address. However, checking my wallet, I didn'tI receive it. Checking the Blockchain details within crypto.com, the transaction hash shows that it was completed and sent to my wallet. But viewing it on explorer via the link below the Blockchain details, I am led to an iotex.io page showing the transfer successful, but reflects the sending and receiving addresses aren't the ones I recognize. They are both prefixed Io..... instead. The amount transferred concurs with the amount I sent. Is there any way to get it redirected back to me?

Yes IoTeX Native Chain isn't available on Safepal wallet yet You need to import your Private key from Safepal wallet to Iopay wallet IOPAY Wallet is official IoTeX wallet
