It means that you should install the new IoTeX Desktop software, or does it refer to the new version of IoTeX on the Ledger Nano?

Hey Damian, here is the feedback He should try to update his Ledger IoTeX app. He needs to enable "developer mode" in Ledger Live settings, and when he searches IoTeX in the Ledger Live app store, it should find the latest version. He can then try again using ioPay desktop, or he can try to choose "Ledger" Wallet connection option in stake.iotex.io when he has the IoTeX app opened and his Ledger connected via USB to his PC
