How will you reestablish trust with the community when it

was stated this focus/product has been worked on for the last 8 months or so, which implies you mislead your community with an invalid roadmap for a considerable amount of time, before telling us things had changed? Many of your roadmaps don’t seem to get fully completed and the communication by team around this is horrid. Why should anyone trust you or people like TonyG who make outlandish claims that haven't come true? Try your best to give an answer that's not along the lines of, just wait, we'll prove ourselves... #SyntropyAMA

This ignores the point that you could have at least stated to the community that things had changed, you didn't have specify at the time what all that meant. Instead the community was led to believe for a considerable amount of time that things had not changed and to follow a completely invalid rodmap-- completely unacceptable. Moreover, you have many patents, so the whole stealth for 8 months and can't even let the community know things are moving in a different direction doesn't hold well imo.

The entire vision/product/roadmap. A lot changed, and instead of letting us know things changed at the minimum, they kept us in the dark and believing that current roadmap was the way forward for like 8 months. That's very deceiving if you ask me.

Hint of new product, not that the roadmap was invalid for 8 months. But sure keep giving me false equivalences

Due to this new shift to web3, we had to be in a stealth mode for a while, cause the technology we’re building is very unique and had very strong competitive advantages against other solutions in the market. Data availability term and narrative itself is very new to the industry, although we believe it will be the next big wave in the crypto space, due to this being a critical part of the modular blockchain architecture and narrative. That is why we had to keep it stealth to a point where we actually feel confident to start sharing the details publicly. We wanted to develop the product to a certain level and be ready to lead this narrative. This reason definitely kept the community in the dark for some time and this is the price we had to pay. Being conscious about it, we definitely understand that it hurts trust and the community always needs to know what is happening in every step. From this point, we have a lot of things to share and will continue actively sharing more and more info on the new product, partners, ecosystem building etc. It’s the new ocean of information right now we have to share and make the community feel full transparency. We plan on increasing trust by proving our progress with real results and deliverables we set to achieve with this new direction.
