Lite wallet is a server wallet, If the servers goes down you cant use the lite wallet until the servers goes up again, Treasure chest is a local node wallet which doesnt need to connect to any servers - Treasure chest need to store the entire blockchain on your computer to use it - Lite wallet just needs to sync with the server block height to use it
