Hello guys, have you tried to send some usdc using

one of the new added networks? Is it OK that all the networks have the same deposit address? (Similar to metamask?)

My impression is that you are right, and the networks do have the same address. So you could reach out to customer support via the app, or else just send a small amount to test. Another general thing we can do to educate ourselves is to know what ETH, Polygon and AVAX address formats should look like. Let us know how you get on. Or anyone else let us know, if they manage to test it sooner.

Yes this is pretty common..

The address will be the same for all networks. Just like they would be on your metamask

Did you actually check that? On my SB account the Polygon USDC deposit address is different. The ONLY good advice is to check the app each time, follow the instructions, and use what is shown. Just because something is “the same” today, doesn’t mean it will be tomorrow.

Yes agreed always check. I hadn’t checked. I thought they would have done it the same way others do and use the same address

I’m 100% sure my Polygon deposit address for USDC is different yes. BUT irrespective, advice to users has to be to check for themselves and not assume anyone else knows what they’re talking about!

Here’s the company page on using Multi-Chain https://help.swissborg.com/hc/en-gb/articles/15622862448529-Multi-Chain-Transfers Remember to check the deposit address every time for the network you want to use.
