Hello, I saw the gasfees on Ethereum went down quite

a bit, except for stake ending, it is still a robbery. Will eventually those prices go down as well?

The gas price on Ethereum is currently about 20 gwei which is significantly lower than what it used to be during the memecoin retardation. Not sure sure what you mean with "except for stake ending". Gas price is the same regardless of transaction type.

Wish that was true, I staked some hex and the fees were about 3 dollar 30, but I have some small stakes and end those stakes cost 64 dollars, yesterday even 103 dollars. so is it my settings?

I tried again and now it is 84 dollars to end a stake. To actually stake it is very cheap, but it says the network is very busy

Save money on network fees by manually setting the gas price bid based on what is quoted at etherscan.io/gastracker?t=1685909825 and on how urgent you need the transaction approved (e.g., swaps are more urgent than staking and endstaking which can be left waiting much longer). Also cheap gas by hour chart: https://hex.vision/app/kibana#/dashboards?title=Gas%20Prices To prevent the "out of gas error" that costs you the allocated fee, increase the gas limit for at least 10% above what the wallet estimates (this does not affect the fee you pay). Gas prices are generally lower during the weekends.
