why are there few transactions in cosmos hub compared to layer 2 solution? 30 million transactions in 3 years, compared to 260 million for arbitrum (polygon even more)

Because Cosmos Hub doesn't have any dapps on top of the Cosmos Hub blockchain. You are comparing two different trees and asking why don't have the same amount of fruits :) Cosmos is the Internet of Blockchains, but ETH or Solana is one single blockchain.
