Thats just temporary. When everyone accepted it as security it will be good for the industry. Just means we have economically backed coins instead of worthless coins.

True, but doesnt it mean they actually have to register as a company in the US coming with all its obligations. Which for some coins might not be sustainable?

Possible jeah. Probably good as well since the small and weak ones will die out then and we get a clearer picture. But haven’t thought about that point yet.
