Yea updated to new version today. So if ckbull is not good then would you recommend use the desktop version to withdraw?

I would try to refresh the application (close/open application, clear cache/data, etc). If it still doesn't work, I would go to CKBull support and tell them about the problem (Victor is great support and I'm sure he can help you). If you want, you can install and synchronize Neuron (it can take days to synchronize 100% if you don't already have it synchronized) and import the seed to do the withdrawal, that's up to you.

You can clear cache/data from android settings (usually it is where it says Storage or Maintenance and battery). If you do, keep in mind that CKBull will ask you to reimport the seed phrase, so you must keep it in a safe place. Regarding your other question, there are no other wallets where you can import your seed phrase and that are also compatible with NervosDAO.

Yeah go Alejandro’s point, you would not be able to import your existing seed phrase for Neuon int portal wallet. Like you can do with CKBull for example

If this doesn't work, the easiest thing in my opinion is to wait for CKBull support to answer you (be careful with DMs and scams)
