Promoting BcH is not through tipping online It must be done by contribution instead People must organise bitcoin cash campaigns in their own countries So that money is much better to be used and better results to get

Lots of people get their first BCH through tipping. No one method is perfect. But there is no reason to tell people NOT to tip.

Sadly, we already tried that with read.cash/noise.cash and /u/chaintip on Reddit. It brought hundreds, maybe thousands of people from poor countries that treated BCH like a well that produced endless stream of small amounts of money. EDIT: The problem was, they left as soon as the well (Marc De Mesel and chaintip tippers) dried out. So they did not get to understand that BCH is "money". They just understood that BCH is full of suckers that will produce a stable small income for them. So long-term, this won't do anything. But maybe it could work as short-time PR to convince some other alpha (the other guy in the picture) to promote BCH as money too?
