Yep, SEC suit mentions RH sent twitter messages to a so-called decentralized exchange in an effort to promote HEX on the platform. It also mentions as the basis for the venue that the Uniswap headquarters is located in NY and that's where the majority of transactions involving HEX occurred. Uniswap is more than happy to collaborate with the SEC to attack HEX and provide them customer data to establish the majority of HEX transactions are based out of the US.
