Hello, I am trying to figure out the new atom2.0

update. I've seen in recent reports that ICS updates are appearing. However, I can't figure out if the new tokenomics is accepted now? Will there be a 10 million ATOM release?

No,Atom 2.0 has been rejected many months ago. So no 10 M atom release. Atom still has the dynamic inflation model.
