version here? I got a TX stuck in mempool for over 3 weeks (ty Adam Back for making BTC a 'digital gold' lol)
Now wondering whether VIA's paid version indeed includes TXs into VIApool blocks.
I know it kinda stupid to use BTC for retail payments these days but I had no choice since my client only wanted to pay in btc.
So, anyone using it for occasional btc payments? Is it working?
Wrong chain... Not a lot of btc experts here.
Yup, I know. I'm asking since VIA has the tx accelerator paid version with BCH payments for the service, but Im not sure if it still works as back in 2017
Bitcoin Core nodes typically drop transactions after 336 hours, or 14 days in the Mempool.
I know, Ive seen Antonopoulos vids on this, but unfortunately the shit stuck since 26th July and I have no idea why. Moreover, my client already got what he paid for, since I did not want him to wait for the shit-pool to clear considering that 'ordinals NFT' seem like killed the mempool. lol I guess Core devs, miners and NFT scam shillers are happy but my small business is not. lol
You should try child pays for parent
Not sure if it worth trying since I see that BTC has over 350K txs in mempool. I rarely transact in btc so have doubts over if resending unconfirmed coins will work. Probably will be trying with 2-3 usd fee. lol
Just get your client to resend payment and forget about that txs. I spent hours and days trying to add a higher fee to a low fee BTC txs back in 2017 with limited success.
You run a small business? I am sure any small business would not be happy with the not-so-small fees on BTC network.
