report and rose msgs when removing spam?
The best thing that should be theoretically easy to code or set up would be to Rose automatically removing (or shadowbanning) reported item after receiving 2-3 reports. But I can already see how this could be abused. So probably a list of "trusted" long-time users would have to be implemented as well in order to prevent such abuse.
I think the question (and also a good suggestion) was about removing the "/ report" (no space) command messages and the Rose's responses, suggesting to do so after the message will have been checked by an admin and then indeed removed. That way, it would stay up first for others to see that others have already reported the content. But once the content is gone, there is no need for those at least two other messages.
Yeah I know, that too. But I kind of went with another (more important IMHO) topic Protecting this channel from bullshit spam better
