The maximum of tokens is 720 million, but how does

this compare to the burned tokens? for example if two million avax have been burned with the transactions then avax will never reach 718m of tokens right?

So just to understand better, the gas fee is fixed in dollar (i remember 0.01$) So another thing is that the lower avax price is then more avax can be burned. Am i correct in this?

Depends for certain types of transactions such a staking there is a small fixed fee. For transaction on the C chain it depends on the complexity of the transaction and the current gas price. Same mechanism as on Ethereum
