16 days ago I was told I had to upgrade

my 1inch account. Then was told I had to wait 15 days till I could make a with draw. I had to find 60% off my balance which was 7k it was a struggle so I borrowed the money as I trusted 1inch like an idiot. I Have around 20k in there and around 5000 in interest. Wanted to pull my interest out each month and stick with them. Iv never took any money out to top it off. Today I have been told I need to pledge more money in! They want 5000 off me to remove the pledge then I can with draw? Absolutely disgusted in this as I was not told this when I upgraded as I would not have put more money in as I am not rich and like i said I borrowed money to do this on a promise I give it back. Feel sick fill scammed. How can you do this to a honest person. Bot was no help at all just kept repeating her self over and over saying I need to pledge my account again!! Really!! Kept telling her I was not told this and if they had a heart they would let me use my interest to do this she would not even get any one to contact me and said she can’t help me no more. Where is the loyalty? Where is the customer service? I’m beside my self with worry and can’t get to my money as promised.
