They sold too many tokens so they kicked from being a validator. Since they're no longer a validator they no longer receive tokens for validating blocks but there's nothing to stop them from selling the tokens they already received.

Which I find strange as block daemon is (at least i thought) a reliable ecosystem partner for lots of tier 1 projects

So they’re selling tokens at lowest prices? Unless they’re having a cashflow issue it sounds unlikely.

"better explanation is deserved" ??!? What isnt clear?? They sold more then they should so they got booted. If they repeat then ban, no more business ! What other sanctions do you expect??

What exactly means "too many"?. I mean, what is the rule for that? Is a %? An amount? Is that defined inside some smartcontract or just a rule of thumb checked by someone? I can not believe that no administrator can clearly explain and make it understandable for the almost 9k people here. Please make it understandable

A 10% of their total holdings,

Free money

But they had the free money ages ago and didn’t go rogue, so I don’t see why they would liquidate unless they’re having a cashflow issue
