You should ask Edge

I asked Edge about this, here's the reply: There was a spam attack on the Pirate Chain recently that made its blockchain very large. ARRR wallets running on mobile phones are not designed to handle such large amounts of data, but it is possible to for you to sync through the spam! Here are the steps to help synchronize your wallet up to the current block: 1) Ensure that you have a full charge (or connect your phone to a charger) and battery saver mode is disabled. 2) Connect to WiFi with strong download speeds. If you have a VPN , disable it temporarily while synchronizing. 3) In your phone's display settings, change the screen time-out duration to be as long as possible (ex. 10 minutes) 4) Open Edge and allow the wallets to synchronize with the blockchain (while screen is on) Note: If it appears stuck, initially, you may click Resync for the ARRR wallet once, but do not repeatedly do this, as it starts the sync process from the beginning. Doing this process multiple times, over multiple days, is how I was able to sync my Edge ARRR wallet through the spam and enable the sending/swapping ability of my ARRR wallet. *Alternatively, you can also export your private seed to try using a different app such as https://pirate.black/wallets/desktop-lite/ or https://pirate.black/wallets/treasure-chest/ to sync through the spam faster than a mobile phone can. And if you want to join their community and get the latest updates, you can join their Discord server, here: https://pirate.black/discord
