If the migration failed (another thing is getting stuck in Connecting after restarting Neuron), then you will have to sync from 0 (Click on Tools - clear all synchronized data) If you want to try other things before synchronizing from 0. I would try closing Neuron, restart PC, reopen Neuton and clearing cache, choose the full rebuild option. But normally if the migration fails there is no choice but to synchronize from 0.

It is rare that it is 1% per day. You can try to do a fresh install of Neuron. That is, uninstall Neuron, delete the Neuron folder of program files and reinstall Neuron with the latest version. Note that you will have to reimport the seed phrase after this. Also check your storage space, Neuron currently occupies about 41 GB Another option is to open an issue on Github with the debug info, in case it shows the devs the reason for the slowness. https://github.com/nervosnetwork/neuron/issues
