Just a question, why has the SEC got an on

going lawsuit against constellation for fraud? Especially if it’s meant to be working DOD?
I’m an investor of DAG so I’m not having a go, just seems real odd.
It’s been ongoing since 2019, this has to have something to do with the constant downward price of the token for so long.
Can someone please correct this if it’s wrong?

What measures can be taken by the constellation team to protect against the threat of quantum computing given that there is a computer with IBM that can break blockchains.

There is already encryption available which is QC proof - it is called post quantum cryptography: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Post-quantum_cryptography There are no general purpose QCs yet which have the ability to break existing encryption like ECDSA which is commonly used in crypto - else we would already have seen massive attacks on our banking and financial system. For Constellation we can change our encryption method to post quantum algorhitms when the need arises.

I think there is unfortunately, Bard says there is two ongoing fraud cases against DAG, Google always says the same. I’ll line to hear more about it. Bard gave in-depth details on Botha cases. Like I say, I’m not having a go, I just want to know what’s actually going on.

So is IBM wrong in saying that they can break 99% of the blockchains?

Please feel free to send me the links, but I can assure you there is no lawsuit. There were two lawsuits in the past by people who missed the swap. One was rejected by the court and for one there was an agreement between constellation and the people in question.

I would be extremely surprised if that would be the case yes. Like I said if IBM would have such a general purpose QC they could be able to attack every existing banking and financial system out there and everything else as well. Crypto would be like just 0.000001% of the possible value they could attack. If you have an link from IBM I would be interested to read about it ;)

I don't think that information is publically available, it is settled and closed though ;)

Yes it would! The underlying encryption algorithm would be changed.
